• ITCB shall operate as a stimulus and catalyst to ICT development at the university, the country and other stakeholders with the right to generate income within the provisions of the Charter (2007) of Sokoine University of Agriculture. The proposal is brought to the University Authority following the fact that the IT industry has high prospects in strengthening institutional economy. It is expected that establishment and registration of the ITCB shall improve IT related consultancy work leading to more income to the University.
  • ITCB shall open and operate its own Bank Account and keep income and expenditure Vote Book and Cheque  Books in accordance to the existing SUA Financial regulations. The signatories shall be the Director of the Computer Center, Deputy Director of the Computer Center, the ITCB coordinator and the Finance and Marketing Officer.
  • The distribution of the income generated shall follow the financial regulations and guidelines of consultancy policy of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).
